This is one of those videos that really requires no explanation. Two of the apparent rioters in Baltimore took time out from looting and injuring police to take pictures with the fruits of their labors. Trophies, as CNN commentator notes.
The rioting in Baltimore had been underway for about two hours at this point, a situation that one reporter described as "all out war."

I don't know about 2011, but the Baltimore police definitely killed a man that way back in 2005.

Greta has already started bloviating about the Republican governor's "inexcusable" delay in activating the guard, and Shepard Smith an hour or so earlier was carping about the tardy action by the governor (after pontificating at length about Baltimore's "underprivilidgeds' longstanding frustration at being abused by police.)

I can't imagine that you know for certain..that running is the most prudent thing to do.
And I'm not sure the BPD decided to hurt Mr. Gray...And I'm not certain they conspired to do exactly that.

The mayor is not well spoken at all. I am listening to her now and she doesn’t seem particularly sharp.
In fairness, I heard her earlier statement and don’t believe for a minute she was giving anyone “space to destroy”. She did not choose her words very well. To me she was clearly saying that by giving people space to protest, it, unfortunately, gave others space to destroy.
She has just clarified this.

Democrats are always allowed to "clarify" things. They also get to "re-file" their federal income tax when they "forget" to declare $31 million in "donations" to their "family foundation."
And no one in the MSM seems to think anything of it.
