And don't forget what Hot Air reported on a little while back: "Scott Walker: Sure, Obama loves his country." This was also reported on by Yahoo News, the Associated Press, the Washington Examiner and others on March the 1st and 2nd, 2015.
But before that, Walker said that he wasn't sure if Obama loves his country, which was reported on by Newsmax, USA Today and the Chicago Sun-Times - among others - on February 21, 2015.
What a change of heart on that matter --- in just a few days, too.
Scott has a problem.
He states his immigration policy has changed.
What do you do if you want to protect the jobs of U. S. Citizens? Dont you send back the people who are here illegally holding down jobs?
In this video clip his old (2013) policy is aired in a second video clip. He backs illegals staying in the U. S. if they pay a fine.
It is also mentioned that he favored the McCain/Kennedy immigration bill. (You know, amnesty but not an amnesty) He acknowledges that.
Then in this (03/01/2015) clip, Walker is asked if illegals can stay, if they pay a fine. He responds with, I believes a way can be found to do that.
This is the same policy as his old policy.
Then he states that his policy has changed. No Scott, it hasnt changed. You just got through endorsing the same policy, illegals being allowed to stay in our country if they pay a fine. So you even fibbed about it.
In 2006/07, 2013, and now in 2015, his immigration policy regarding illegal immigrants is the same as that under McCain/Kennedy. Let them pay a fine and stay.
Immigration is discussed starting at 9:20 and the ...a way can be found... is located at 10:20

That comment about Obama loving this nation may also be in this clip. I saw it somewhere and don’t remember.
What an amazing thing to say.
Does anyone here have a doubt about Obama’s love of this nation, the topic that is? There’s no way he loves it IMO.
Wall Street Journal, 3/26/2015:
“Scott Walker Adjusts Stance on Immigration at Private Dinner. Likely GOP presidential candidate says he backs allowing undocumented immigrants becoming eligible for citizenship...”
Wasn’t she like an employee of his maybe a couple of hours because hell dropped from the skies when people found out he hired her?
Cruz has said he’s open to discussing a path to legal status for some, but not citizenship. Good if It’s vague enough to get an extra five percent of the Hispanic vote then so be it.
“Scott Walker: Sure, Obama loves his country.”
Not that I am a big Walker fan, but sometimes a politician has to make a political statement, and sometimes it is better to avoid a fight it is impossible to win. It really is subjective, can not be proven, and the press would have blown it up out of all proportion for months. Everyone can answer that question for themselves. Remember the reason he gave: Anyone who runs for president loves the country. If he were Machiavellan, you could think he was telling us his real thoughts with that ridiculous line, ridiculous if he really believed it.
1. Liz Mair was a Scott Walker aide for all of one day. Describing her as a “former Scott Walker aide” without further explanation or qualification is substantially misleading.
2. Walker claims he was misquoted in the Wall Street Journal article.
3. I wish Scott Walker had adopted his current immigration stance much sooner. But I am glad to welcome his arrival at the correct point of view. Aren’t you?
4. Who is paying you to spout these anti-Walker talking points? Who do you support?
Mair compares Walker to Romney. Romney’s signature political achievement was signing Romneycare into law. Whereas Walker’s signature achievements were gutting civil service unions and repealing a law that allowed illegals to pay in-state college tuition - in a state that hasn’t voted for a Republican presidential candidate since Reagan ran for his second term in 1984.
Wasn’t she a staffer for about three days or so? Looks like she is not interested in being a staffer for anybody else.
Here’s a tip for any would-be candidate:
GO on a fake “listening tour”
Pretend your changed positions reflect “what the voters across this country told me when I met with them”
It’s going to work for PIAPS
>>Unlike Ted Cruz, Walker may change his mind, again.<<
I listened to an interview of Scott Walker on the Michael Berry show down here in Houston on the A.M. dial.
Then read an article a week later of Scott Walker’s comments at some gathering up North regarding immigration.
The boy contradicted himself. Typical politician. Pander to the crowd.
Mair showed exceptionally poor judgment with her tweets about Iowans. She apparently worked for Walker in a Governor’s race, but her politics combined with her obvious lack of discretion disqualifies her from working for a GOP Presidential candidate.
And now she’s making sure of it....
Scott Walkers actions of passing MANY conservative laws including some against illegal immigrants show who he is a pro-American conservative. Actions, results mean everything. Words mean nothing
Here is just one example of walker taking ACTION against illegal immigrants:
Walkers 2011 Budget Eliminated A Program That Grants In-State College Tuition To Children Of Undocumented Immigrants.

In other words, bulls__t.
“Scott Walker: Sure, Obama loves his country.”
Well, I think Obama does love his country, just not ours.
