Jeb Bush says he doesnt want a coronation, and New Hampshire voters are making sure he gets his wish.
Facing an audience of skeptical activists at a pivotal GOP gathering, the former Florida governor tried to assure voters hes a real conservative in a somewhat rocky return to the campaign trail here.
My records a conservative record, Bush said in response to a question at a nationally watched gathering of GOP activists attended by nearly all of the partys presidential hopefuls. Its not a Republican-in-name-only record. ... Its an Im not kidding conservative one.
Bush had just finished his stump speech at a packed Crowne Plaza ballroom, when Lisa Mediano confronted him on the RINO question thats dogging Bush among conservative voters.
Mediano told Bush she didnt want a coronation like Hillary Clinton is getting from Democrats, prompting Bush to quip, I dont see any coronation coming my way.
No chance of that happening in New Hampshire, where voters have a long tradition of giving front-runners a hard time. Its a tradition that Bushs brother, President George W. Bush, and father, President George H.W. Bush, know all too well. Both struggled in the first-in-the-nation primary, and Jeb is now getting a dose of the Granite State treatment.
Im sick of dynasties, Mediano said in an interview after Bush posed for a few photos and made a quick exit from the First in the Nation Republican Leadership Summit. Im sick and tired of mushy, wishy-washy conservatives.

didn’t Freerepublic invent the term RINO?
Jeb, refer to Free Republic to figure if you are a RINO, thanks.
...and supporting the confirmation of Loretta Lynch...
Jeb like the rest of the Bush’s are liberals who took over the Republican party and have nearly destroyed it. Jeb you fat imbecile, we aren’t buyin’ your load of bovine excrement.
yes
Yeah, its as dead a giveaway as Mitt’s “I’m a severe conservative.”
Live Free or Die!
I still cannot get over how the main choices on the ballot look like they are going to be between another Bush & another Clinton. If this turns out to be the case then I say a third party candidate would be much desired. Getting them into the debates as well but probably difficult. Not to depress anyone any more than they already are but remember that there are younger Bushes - like George P Bush - & Clintons being groomed fro “leadership” positions too. The political process at the Presidential level has been reduced to a type of cult of personality surrounding the “famous” name of the prospective candidate. Quite a third world like type of characteristic.
ahahahahah
GREAT! Should be used throughout the campaigns - and add Hitlery.
It will resinate...
Air out Washington!
TIME FOR NEW BLOOD
He’s a left wing conservative.
Might be OK to crown as dog catcher.
you say: “we arent buyin your load of bovine excrement”
Don’t you mean “rhino poop?”

How is he on the bill of rights?
Jeb, if you are conservative, show me how. I'm pretty easy.
When will Jeb proclaim Hillary will be a great president the same as McCain did for Obama. Jeb is pathetic. Dare I say, worse than Dole, McCain, Romney combined.
Don’t underestimate Bush. His campaign has already been noted as bringing in busloads of backers to try and pack events. Figure that everything he does, including campaign “gaffes”, has been stage managed by Karl Rove.
Hillary is doing the “gaffes” bit early, throwing kibbles to her pack of fawning media types. Little things that don’t matter, for the media to pretend they do. Mistakes that most people would just shrug off.
I believe Jeb Bush has almost zero grass roots support. I have not met nor do I know even one person who has the slightest interest in Jeb for President.
Neither Jeb nor Hilary can avoid the nepotism topic. But if Jeb faces Her Highness, it will hurt Jeb more than HH.
NOT VOTING FOR JEBSTER, EVER!
CLEAR ENOUGH?
The RNC will use their playbook that got McCain and Romney nominated against the wises of most of their voters to nominate the Democrat in an R jersey named Jeb Bush.
We will not be allowed to vote for anyone to be President that will stop the invasion. The purpose of the GOP is to block conservatives, not represent them.
