The Clinton behavior was so incredibly boorish yet the media went very easy on them and that trend accelerated by them has lead to the current situation where democrats are clearly not reluctant to invoke any strategies no matter how obnoxious they may have been perceived prior to the Reagen administration.
Her husband was fully pushing for the Repeal of Glass-Steagall. The only problem with the average American nowadays is how many of them wouldn’t understand the negative implications of doing so would turn out. It wasn’t good for the economy.
