Where does Rick Perry stand on this?

Better nip it in the bud.

Well, as long as they don’t flog or behead anyone! /sarcasm

Nuke. Orbit. Sure.

Rick Perry is irrelevant. He’s no longer governor or a serious contender for the presidency.

This so-called court is voluntary. However, the Irving City Council is backing legislation that will ban these courts. Stay tuned.

Well thus just made my reflux worse. This gas no place in the US, much less Texas. Libs cry about the separation of church and state, but I’m sure they will encourage us to embrace the tribunal because our Muslim friends mean no harm in this. Hello slippery slope

Gonna start my own tribunal. Taken the law into my own hands and interpret it MY way. Lets see what happens.

It’s what I used to ask about a queer in Texas. Wouldn’t state law require him to kick his own ass?

The Sharia Law judges say they only deal with civil cases in the community, helping settle issues ranging from business disputes to divorce.
That pretty much covers everything except criminal. Of course if there is fraud in a biz dispute they'll just handle that too and saw their heads off out back.

Wake up! This is the “nation within a our nation” concept many people are talking about.
Let them go back to the middle east if they want to live under Sharia law.
The eyes of Texas are upon them...

Perry is out of office. Abbott is the new governor; I don’t know his stance on this, but doubt he is for it.
