Im a Saul Alinsky guy, he said [Rep. Raul Grijalva] referring to the community organizer and activist who died in 1972, thats where I learned this stuff.

The Redistricting Commission gerrymandered me out of Grijalva’s district, into Paul Gosar’s district, what a welcome change. Grijalva would not talk to me, he would turn, and walk away when I tried to talk to him. Gosar will talk as long as I want to talk, he even answers all my questions.
Grijalva started his career as a school board member in TUSD. His daughter is following in his footsteps. She is following up his career of keeping TUSD the most screwed up school district in the state.
After “ragging” on the mexicans, I want to say a few words in their defense, and to try to redirect our anger and energies to the deserving target.
I’ve known and know a lot of mexicans, both newcomers (including illegals) and those that are several generations americans. By far the large majority are wonderful, hard working people.
I don’t see them as THE problem, even the ones that come here illegally. What I see as the problem are those of us who want to leave the border open, let them break our laws and then reward them with monetary benefits and not impose any responsibility on them like learning our language and our values and our traditions, i.e assimilating, as all previous immigrants have done. These are the leftists, the multicults, the one worlders who currently rule us. In other words our biggest problem by far is the enemy within.
I truly believe that many illegals of today will become quite successful in a generation or two. Like previous immigrants, they had to have the initiative to leave their country and face the unknown of a new land, having to survive with the constant fear of deportation, making do with their wits, street smarts, and hard work - in other words, they are risk takers, resourceful, and smart enough to survive in a less than welcoming environment.
The only thing that will stand in their way of success is, again, the leftists, who by pandering to all their needs and wants (to get their votes) may be successful in spoiling their desire to get ahead and turning them into dependent vassals, like they’ve done to the blacks. My gut, though, tells me that the left won’t succeed in the long run to snuff out the immigrants desire for a much better life than that provided by a welfare check.
I think too many of us put the primary blame on the illegals, and by doing so we fail to focus on our real enemy. The illegals are simply one of the symptoms of us allowing the left, the enemy within, to take control of our country.
I came here as an immigrant. My family followed the rules. It would have been a constant shame for us to have broken the immigration laws of this great and just country we humbly asked to be part of. We have not allowed others in our extended family or ethnic community to sneak in and take advantage of American citizens, no matter how much we surmised they would have been a boon to the country.
It is a sin to Covet Thy Neighbors goods and the Mexicans who say they are practicing their Catholic faith, if they have come here illegally, are handing down their sins to their children and grandchildren. That is a terrible legacy.
That is how I feel. These laws allow us to live in an environment that is stable, predicable and whose laws are applicable equally. That is why my family left our natal place. We all have a choice between right and wrong.
I came here as a legal immigrant as well and resent people that “cut in line”.
But what I resent even more is the people that are charged with enforcing the rules that don’t. That in fact encourage law breaking.
Not only does it result in an outright “invasion” but what’s even worse, it severely erodes our “rule of law” which is a key foundation of this great country.
My observation regarding the illegals was not a moral judgement but simply an educated guess on how they will fare here in future years.
My understanding of Alinsky and his ‘tactics’ is that it is an ideology of how to destroy current establishment. It goes into minute detail on how to accomplish it. To my estimation, it covers nothing about how to actually ‘govern’ unless you want to call oppression, retribution and tyranny ‘governing.’
I think that is the central problem with these examples of socialist rebels in the recent past. Clinton, and certainly Obama, figured out how to take an election and to stigmatize their enemy. But when you get down to actually making the trains run on time, they are clueless.
They’ve hired so many rabid ideologues whose only experience is dissembling, lying and blaming they can’t even address the odd natural disaster or respond to terror (actually call it that), etc. There is plenty of blame to go round, but they can’t even explain why a near-billion dollar website wouldn’t work after two year’s worth of preparation.
In the world of governing they are abject amateurs operating on bravado and bullshit. The long term problem is that they, should they stay in power long enough, eventually will become that same establishment they railed against in their youth. More power to the people that will take them down.
The enemies at the gate have been let thru by you who are to busy arguing with each other and staying home when you should be voting. Last time I looked we are still the majority in this country but we are tagged by the scummedia and thier puppetmasters with white priviledge, white guilt, racism, and the catch phrases”lets sing koomby ya and why cant we all get along” and to busy watching tv sh## to get the hell out and vote
For your information, I have been very active in the Tucson teaparty and when I hear of fellow conservative writers, authors and movers and shakers, I get the word out to support them, when they come to town and have even organized meet and greets. I have even galvanized my neighbors for prayer meetings for our candidates. I have brought people, young and old from South Tucson, that is very dem, into my home to purposefully show them the patriotic way of thinking. I inform, instruct and try to inspire every day, even when I meet people at church or when doing my errands. Most people assume by the look of my ethnicity that I am a leftest sheeple. I am happy to show them that I am a happy warrior for the right. You don’t know my political monetary contributions, so really, I put more than my vote into the ballot box.
Please, don’t accuse me of things that are incorrect.
I like to go to the antique malls in Tucson and I spend time looking at the old yearbooks. I found one for Sunnyside HS from the 1970s. The first thing I did was look for the clubs. There was Los Aztecas and Black Culture Club and American Indian Club and for the white kids History. At that time there were mostly white kids, and all but one of the homecoming queens were white.
There was a ham radio club, a fencing club, a radio club, Art Honor club, a chess club, the “Arizonac” and they had mostly white kids.
I have pictures of this yearbook and on the cover page there is a picture of the students going into campus and it says “Pioneer 1971.”
I just checked their web page today. There is a picture of the devil. The devil? How awful!
Sunnyside was in the news a few years ago for busing kids from south of the border to attend their school. I know a kid who goes to that school, my husband used to mentor. He lied to us so often and got in trouble without remorse. He is on a bad road.
