If I recall correctly the deal with this online petition thing is if it gets X number of signatures then the White House has to issue a comment. So they commented. I don’t think anyone in Congress has sponsored a bill to end conversion therapy, and I doubt any such bill would ever make it out of committee.
First of all, Valerie Jarrett is not a representative of the people and second of all she is so phucking ugly that her face reminds me of the south end of an old bulldog headed north...nobody cares what she thinks...
