Not only does she carry the stigma of being the woman who jilted Andreas Lubitz just before he rammed a Germanwings jetliner into a mountainside — she’s also pregnant with his kid. Kathrin Goldbach, 26, had told the co-pilot about two weeks before the crash that she was pregnant, the German newspaper Bild reported on Sunday. The German schoolteacher seemed happy about it and even told her students she was going to be a mom, the paper said. But she was booting Lubitz from her life, reports have said. She told him the day before Tuesday’s crash — in which he intentionally flew an Airbus into the French Alps, killing himself and the 149 others aboard — that they were through and that she was moving out, Bild reported. His insecure, controlling personality had been the final straw. “He tried to order her what to wear, what men she could speak to, even the length of her skirt,” a friend said. “He was a control freak of the highest order.” A friend of Goldbach said she and Lubitz were a bad match. “She said he was very kind and attentive but that he had problems with mood swings,” the friend said. “And I think we sensed that she became more fearful over time.” In a bid to keep her, Lubitz reportedly spent thousands of dollars on two Audi cars — one of which arrived at his home five days before the crash. The couple met as teens while working together at a Burger King in his hometown of Montabaur, it has been reported. They moved together to Duesseldorf and shared an apartment after he qualified as a pilot around four years ago. Goldbach has reportedly left Germany since the crash.

No, his mental and emotional state “made” him do it. Thousands, nay millions of people get dumped every day. an incredibly tiny subset of this group go off and commit mass murder as a prelude to suicide. Lufthansa made a serious mistake not revoking this guys flight status. and they’re gonna pay through the nose.

Why is it that I read crap like this all the time, and yet the guy can’t listen to his privates, if he’s not getting anything with his privates?
Very seldom have I read this type of nit-wit comment addressed to the receiver of a guy’s privates. And that makes it very clear what a nit-with comment it is.
That's likely the way most of the victims' relatives see it too.
And no doubt the reason she and her family had to slink out of the country.
