Just a question- is it legal to shoot someone who is shooting others if it is not self-defense?

Barbershop... prompted by a fight... not sure that qualifies as a typical “mass shooting”. It’s not like someone waiting and planning for weeks to go after a school full of kids and teachers, with hundreds of potential victims. Even a large barber shop is only going to have 12-14 people at a given moment.

If that was my kid in there he saved I would gladly take his place in the courtroom, stand for his trial and serve his term if needed.

Another argument for “PACKING”. Now as for registering your weapons with the government? You had better think that over real quick. Cause anything that a government can give you, they can take away just as fast. By registering you weapon with the government, the government can all of a sudden confiscate your weapons, all they need to do is pass a law, and all you weapons registrants will be ordered to turn your weapons in, or face the consequences.

He should have called 911 instead, like a good citizen. The police and justice system are the professionals at isolating the scene, evaluating the evidence, removing the dead and wounded properly, finding the criminal, and eventually prosecuting him or plea bargaining the case, as appropriate.

Isn't that what we are supposed to do? Otherwise, we will be no different than the Wild West!

It’s encouraging to know that the Concealed Carry individual didn’t run in yelling HALT or DON’T SHOOT or some other stupid drivel.

He shot the bastard and saved society years and years of trouble and expense; as well as probably saving his own life as well.

When it’s time to take out the trash; just take it out. And as for the perp; the Good Book says, “The way of the transgressor is hard.” Amen.

Philadelphia Police Captain Frank Llewellyn said, “He responded and I guess he saved a lot of people in there.”
