As Tehran hails massive progress in talks, Jerusalem protests that regime is working against American-Arab-Israeli interests without paying a price
As Iran hailed massive progress toward a deal on its nuclear program, an Israeli official described the terms of the looming agreement as incomprehensibly bad and rejected the Obama administrations contention that it would keep the regime a year away from accumulating enough fissile material for a bomb.
Estimating that a framework deal would indeed be signed soon, and that a full agreement would follow in June, the official lamented the US-led negotiators apparent readiness to remove sanctions without Iran being required to halt its global terrorist activities, and listed a host of areas in which Tehran was working against American, Israeli and moderate Arab interests without being made to pay a price.
His comments underlined immense Israeli opposition to the emerging deal that saw Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lobby against it in Congress earlier this month to the abiding anger of the Obama Administration. Charged with forming a new government on Wednesday after winning the March 17 elections, Netanyahu vowed to patch up ties with the US, but insisted Israel would do everything to thwart the emerging Iranian nuclear deal, which he said was an agreement that endangers us, our neighbors and the world.
Speaking to the Times of Israel, the Israeli official, who insisted on anonymity, protested that Iran will retain core capabilities, under the emerging accord. While the Obama Administration claims that the Iranians will remain a year away from enough fissile material for a bomb, he added, we dont agree with this determination. It will be less time.
The official stressed, however, that Israels opposition and dismay related to the entire nature of the international negotiation and engagement with the regime in Tehran.

Israel is Obama’s enemy. Iran is Obama’s friend. Not incomprehensible at all.
Bibi’s Boys are about to spring into action...?
Do what you have too do Israel.
Like I said many times: Obama is a radical Islamic agent. Once people understand that, everything he does makes perfect sense.
Sadly if the Mossad had anything on Obama they would have probably used it by now...
Exactly. There is nothing “confusing” or “failed” about what he’s doing. He’s succeeding at HIS goals, regardless of whether they match yours.
Anyone care to predict the consequences to a surgical (!) nuclear strike by Israel on Iran’s nuclear weapons labs?
(They’re buried deep, heavily armored, and AFAIK Israel doesn’t have suitable non-nuclear bunker-busters. Atomic ground strikes are the only solution I can think of, alternatives welcome.)
Start thinking about it because methinks we’ll see it happen inside 12 months (any longer, and we may see the reverse).
So we have gone from 10 years until nuke bomb to 1 year ? Obviously Obama wants Iran to use a nuke before he leaves office.
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
“Obviously Obama wants Iran to use a nuke before he leaves office.”
Good reason to declare martial law and make himself pResident for life.
My brother calls him the most successful President in US history because he’s accomplishing just about everything he set out to do and we got TWO more years of this!
incomprehensibly bad , that’s Obama 100%
Sadly if the Mossad had anything on Obama they would have probably used it by now...
Not necessarily.
And if anything comes out, the Mossad won’t be implicated. They know how to do such things.
Start thinking about it because methinks well see it happen inside 12 months (any longer, and we may see the reverse).
I agree.
What’s interesting is that no other country is supporting Israel in this. Do they all want nuclear war? Because Obama is bringing it to them. Iran won’t stop with Israel.
Not for those that have eyes to see and ears to hear.
