"Like the judge, the states thought nothing was happening. Like an idiot, I believed that."
That was the angry blast by U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen against the Department of Justice whom he accused of misleading him on President Obama's executive order on immigration. In contrast to normal federal court proceedings, it was quite an emotional confrontation. That plus the fact that the executive order has been big news for months you would figure it would have been covered in the MSM. Well, for the most part you would be wrong. With the notable exceptions of the Los Angeles Times, Bloomberg, Fox News, and a few other sources the reporting on this has been almost non-existent. No coverage from the alphabet networks and most of the major newspapers. Here is what happened last Thursday in that federal courtroom in Texas as reported by the Los Angeles Times:

Bump
Stop "blasting" and "complaining" and start ordering Arrests and Contempt.
Now. Not next week. Not next month. Not next year. Now.
Like the DOJ gives a damn.
bump again
Blasted them how exactly?
mean words and hurt feelings, or was someone actually held accountable in some actual way?
Judge Hanen should insist that Holder come down to his courtroom and explain what happened and that he would be more than willing to schedule Holder at his convenience. Take your time Holder, as you have been doing on the IRS matter and others. Until then, court is out of session
Has soetoro actually signed an EO dealing with this issue, aside from DACA?
I think that the Senate needs to take their time with the Lynch vote. The longer they take, the more money Holder doesn’t earn working for private enterprise, and the more he gets exposed to another contempt of court charge.
Hope he backs up his words with deeds.
Interesting how Obama appoints nobody but negroes like Holder, Lynch and Johnson. Yet nobody calls him on it.
Don’t hold your breath.
All of this court stuff has been caused by the Republican GOPES (gop elite statists) refusing to stand their ground and their duty to defend their constitutional separation of powers. By first defunding those presidential amnesty edicts even it meant changing senate rules to a simple majority vote citing the Hanen ruling as their excuse. Which would have restricted its use.

At Thursday’s hearing Hanen gave the Justice Department 48 hours to file a motion in response, here is the DOJ response
