Remember how in ‘92 Clinton led the Haitians to believe they’d be welcome to the USA, much like the Cubans. So once Bill was elected, many tore down their shanty homes and built rafts to cross the treacherous, shark-infested waters of the Carib, only to be turned back once (IF) they arrived near FL???
