A draft nuclear accord now being negotiated between the United States and Iran would force Iran to cut the amount of hardware it could use to make an atomic bomb by about 40 percent for at least a decade, while offering immediate relief from sanctions that have crippled Iran's economy, officials told The Associated Press on Thursday.
As an added enticement, elements of a U.N. arms embargo against Iran could be rolled back.
The very existence of the draft provided perhaps the clearest indication that the sides were nearing a written agreement as they raced to meet a March 31 deadline for a framework pact. The deadline for a full agreement is the end of June.

So, what happens to the 4000 remaining centrifuges?
Are the Iranians forced to put little white placards on each one “NOT for Nuclear bomb use” (at least for 10 years, then they can take the placards away)
While waiting the 10 years, what about the output from the Iranian Centrifuge Creations factory?
Imam Obama will declare his religious beliefs have evolved!
...2017
I believe those 4000 centrifuges will be installed in a baby milk factory.
Kicking the nuclear bomb down the road.
Obama buys into the “I’d gladly pay you today for a
fat boy ten years from now’, Whimpyism.
In other news, Prime Minister Obama has secured an agreement that allows Chancellor Hitler to only kill 3.6 million Jews, a full 40% reduction.
Obama is careening madly toward the cliff. He wants to assure the destruction of Israel and the US before his term is up. No one seems able to stop him so Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Arab States to go nuclear as soon as possible to counter the Persian threat, Egypt as well. That will be Obama’s legacy.
Add to Dear Leader’s spin machine?
No, I would not judge the British public by the behavior of its college elite. If they were that much anti-war, then not even Churchill could have spurred them to go to war.
You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war.If Churchills words to Chamberlain were this harsh, imagine what he would have to say to Obama if he were alive today.
To build a bomb...I’ve read you only need 4,000 to 5,000 to build a bomb.
If pRes_ _ent Obama had a time machine he would
send nukes to Hitler, no doubt with the enabling
help of the EXEMPT 114th.
I certainly hope that our next president doesn't give a damn about public perception of baby milk factories or collateral damage for that matter. The preservation of western society and American soldiers' lives are more important that milk factories and collateral damage - even if the collateral damage includes Iranian babies.
The next war, and it is likely to happen, needs to be executed correctly. Every 2016 presidential candidate needs to give a clear vision of how "the next war" will proceed. The things I want to hear are; 1.) we value our soldiers over collateral damage, 2.) we would wage the war in a manner that has the least amount of economic impact to the US, 3.) we will not rebuild, 4.) we will collect spoils to pay for the war.
One centrifuge is far too many. Iran needs to be nuked themselves before they decide to send a few bombs helter skelter towards Israel.
Iran has enough nuclear material, based on estimates, ten bombs. Limiting the number of centrifuges slows things down but doesn’t stop development.
And Saudi Arabia has already paid for nukes from Pakistan, just waiting delivery the moment Iran says it has nukes.
That rivalry is already bad, from driving the Iran-Iraq war of the 1980s to fighting in Pakistan today, with the occasional killing of Almaddhi and Christians throw in on a given Friday.
Sunni-Shia fighting + add nukes = nuclear war
On the medical side, which they have a legitimate use for, it is necessary to have a continuous supply of radiation sources, tracers, which can’t be delivered from far away simply because they have short half-lives. PET scans, etc. need those radio nuclides. But that’s not U-235. And remember it was us, US, that started training their doctors, etc. how to use this stuff back in the 1960’s.
But medical use is nowhere near bomb quantity kind of production and if the Persians were doing what they claim to be doing it would be super easy for them to prove it. The Pakistan facility is the closest comparison available and the Persians ain’t even there yet.
