Yes, of course you are correct. Someones’ past decisions are no indication of future decisions.

Time for lunch.

Makes me tired watching you and others have to follow these folks around with a pooper scooper.

You’ve provided this, and it does cause grave concern for me.

Illegal Immigration

What is so hard to comprehend about this issue?

I have heard:

Oh it’s not that important
Well, President Ronald Reagan did it
You’re a racist
You’re a xenophobe
Oh, so you want to create an iron curtain on our border
U. S. Citizens won’t do this work

Now it’s...

Well Obama has already taken action, so it’s no longer an issue.

The covering for this nation being completely over-run by illegal immigrants, is an amazing thing to watch.

People who call themselves Conservatives, and brag that they are law and order, all of a sudden don’t have the tools to determine this is a law and order issue.

Honestly, I don’t get it. Makes me think we’ve got a lot of players where aren’t what they want us to believe they are, frequenting the forum.

Thank you for doing what I should have done.

It was a CC (carbon copy) to you, addressed to napscoordinator, you indeed never did say those things.

Who’s your candidate, then?

Me? Ted Cruz. But in the end, for me it’s anybody but Jeb.

Hey, you know, I’ve run into incompetent yet conceited visa holders from all over. We will never get a thank-you for the training, preferences, and hospitality, we will only get slander, grief, and more terrorists.

The candidate who recognises that basic fact gets my vote.

"The real accolades, in all reality, goes to the GOP controlled Legislature."

So you're saying he will follow through with some help. Sounds pretty good to me.

True, which any garden-variety Republican Governor would do.

Not much to shout about.

LOL, remember the stand against FairOpinion's Schwarzenegger propaganda during the California recall in 2002? There has been nothing like it on FR ever since. Calcowgirl deserved a medal of freedom for that.

ccg, we miss you and wish you well.

I still keep this tag line (below).

Do you think it would do any good to suggest Cincinatus' wife go over those recall threads? Do you think she might have actually learned something after her fling with Perry?

Neither do I. You might recall my thoughts on the topic.

I just wish we could agree on a conservative who will enforce the laws. We can't afford to allow the media to pick another candidate for us, which at this time appears to be Walker.

Why is it not politically tenable to deport ALL illegals?
Polls I have seen, indicate that majority of citizens favor deportation.

Let’s be honest and admit that ALL GOP candidates are against mass deportation because their financiers are against it. And the democraps represent the illegals which is why they are against deportation.

What’s next? Amnesty to bank robbers because their mothers needed a surgery, or needed food for their family?

What it boils down to is, ALL GOP candidates are for amnesty in some form, no exceptions. Only minor differences in details.

One weekend and that is your basis for “all this free airtime”?

Have a problem with quantitative examples of a systemic phenomenon? I'm not MRC and I doubt they track that sort of thing yet, but it would be good if they did.

I’m thinking along the lines of what happened in the last midterms. Those that won were sent there with a clear mandate, which unfortunately, they appear to have abandoned.

Would Walker sign an enforcement only clean bill? Sure sounds like it, and if he’s elected there’s a high probability of it getting to him. That is, if as you say, he has some help.

Why do you believe that?

Because he made the blanket statement that we need to secure the border first?

So did GWB, so did John McCain, so has every GOP Amnesty first politician out there.

It is a meaningless statement.

Let him come out and say we need to finish the PHYSICAL FENCE, and other such important details and THEN, and ONLY THEN, Walker will start to have credibility on this issue.

Thanks for bringing CalCowGirl up. I enjoyed her participation a great deal. Very level headed and willing to discuss, as well as provide backup for her points of view. We could use her and a lot more like here here, not that there aren’t some already here.

I like Cincinatus’ Wife. I hate to go to the woodshed on this, because it makes me uncomfortable when I like someone. To her credit, she has always been cordial with me, even when I’ve openly opposed what she was doing.

She obviously thinks she’s providing a good service or she wouldn’t be doing it. None the less, I think the truth if ut is less than what we would hope for.

Some folks never quite saw Perry for what he was. Walker is the same IMO. I’m still open to review on that. Remember the folks who were convinced Christy was a great idea, or Newt was a great idea? Both have done “some” admirable things. That’s not the whole story though.

Look at Bush, and the price we paid for that sponge being elected. He presided over an economic melt-down (caused by the other party for the most part, but not without help from the R side) This resulted in O being elected.

We simply can’t allow that sort of thing.

We have to have a good man this time.

Don't forget that Walker panders to the La Raza groups in Wisconsin. He willfully and unapologetically endorsed the hispanic labor leader, Cesar Chavez, a known domestic terrorist, for a state holiday in Wisconsin. This endorsement WAS ONLY ONE YEAR AGO!!!

I'm sure that Walker had presidential aspirations when he did this back in February of 2013, so just imagine him on a national stage as President, being asked to support La Raza in return for their support.

Gov. Scott Walker backs bill recognizing labor leader Cesar Chavez
