- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) wants hotels to monitor how much time its guests spend in the shower. The agency is spending $15,000 to create a wireless system that will track how much water a hotel guest uses to get them to modify their behavior.
Hotels consume a significant amount of water in the U.S. and around the world, an EPA grant to the University of Tulsa reads. Most hotels do not monitor individual guest water usage and as a result, millions of gallons of potable water are wasted every year by hotel guests. -

I am reading Atlas Shrugged. She clearly predicted this.
Too bad the book is soooo long, Rand was excessively verbose where it was unnecessary.

Everyone with a brain knew that once they got your toilet, it was only a matter of time till they got your shower.
We are soooo screwed.

Time to refuse to comply with any unlawful act by the EPA. It can be done if you refuse to pay any fine. Do not be afraid we can cover them up with non-compliance. I know.
Guy Offered me a job selling EPA approved wood stoves, I said no and when he asked why cause they were EPA approved, I told him the EPA could and would change the rules in mid stream on him sticking him with fines and a bunch of stoves. He was not awake and did not believe me.
Wonder how he likes that Hopey, Changey now?

I wonder who knows who that owns a business that regulates water use? Follow the money, always.

Eventually the EPA wants to be able to charge every person per liter of water they use. So true. The commies realize that to control all natural resources is to control a fundamental pillar of the economy. It is more insidious that they want to control the air we breathe and the water we drink. It should be named the Environmental Control Agency.

How is water wasted in a hotel bathroom? It goes down the drain and back into the system.

I’m thinking we’re edging very close to widespread noncompliance with regulations, accompanied by a middle-finger gesture toward Washington.

That is natural for a Russian. Never use one word if seven will work.
