Title is not correct. There we many many more people boinked, raped, assaulted, etc. The harassment was only done towards those who didn’t play along.

Since Bill won’t submit to a DNA test it seems, if I were her, I’d call Ken Starr and see what the procedure is to access/acquire the DNA sequence from his blue-dress investigation (it IS public property I’m assuming since we paid for it) and have that compared against hers....It is worth exploring.
