The founder and leader of a controversial Atlanta-based megachurch has appealed online for 200,000 people to each donate '$300 or more' so that he can buy a $65 million private jet favored by high-flying billionaires.
Reverend Creflo Dollar, 53, is the head of the World Changers Church International, a Christian ministry centered around the prosperity gospel, which preaches that God wants to bless the faithful with earthly riches.
The televangelist, who is one of the most prominent African-American preachers in the United States, this week put a five-minute video up on his website pledging for donations for a Gulfstream G650 - which claims to be the fastest plane ever built in civilian aviation - so that 'World Changers Church International can continue to blanket the globe with the Gospel of grace'.
Dollar - who is known to own two Rolls Royce's and multi-million dollar homes in Atlanta and New Jersey - last hit headlines in 2012, after being arrested for allegedly attacking his 15-year-old daughter.

Why is there no Reverend Euro?
that would be RACESS!
I believe that was her last song, too.
I remember working the newswire machine the night that one of Dollars mentors..Oral Roberts was up in the clock tower....asking his flock...to PLEASE send him money......or he would be soon be “Going Home”
creflow surely learned his lessons well.
One of the times I went to this church was with a friend. She and her friends at the church spent all their time complaining about losing their old healthcare insurance and having to pay much more for the new insurance.
Many of the members are upper middle class or upperMC wannabes who have good jobs and attend Rich Dad Poor Dad seminars when not at church. If they can give $300 to Rich Dad Poor Dad why not to Creflo? :)
Join the Money-Changers Church and together we’ll turn the tables on regular religion. Sincerely yours, Reverend Adding Coins and Pastor Buck Pockets.
Clearly. And, tax exempt.
absolutely!
Revrunt Sharpton should be so successful!
Guys like Creflo Dollar and Mike Murdock do more harm to Christianity than 1,000 atheists could do.
He is the type of disgusting charlatan that gives real Christian missionaries a bad name.
But that arrest ... IMNVHO, it's actually to his credit. His 15 year-old was going through a harlot phase ........(many a dad will know whereof I speak) .... and he was attempting to keep her at home when SHE wanted to sneak out to a party ...at 3:00AM .... without even having done her homework! Papà delivered ...ahem .... shall we say rather forceful discouragement, whereupon the little wannabe trollop phoned the po-po ...after she phoned a taxi to drive her to the party ... at a motel!!!
Hell, I'd donate to the man for that alone! Now about the plane. Pastor needs a plane for his ministry, by gumbo, he ought to have a damn plane! That old plane is truly broken. ( Musta been some landing!)
Meshuge, some missionaries work on the cheap. Some don't. Style, bud. Ya got your St. Francis of Assisi, ya gets your Rev. Creflo Dollar. Got nuffin to do wif nuffin. Both doing a swell job.
Not my cuppa tea. Maybe not yours. But, lemme axe you, what better way to reach your flamboyant high-roller baby-momma-beatin' NFL star, your Ghetto Crack Dealer, Your Gang Banger .... than by bringing the Word to them in an equally flamboyant way ....maybe putting some of their spare cash into the church, too? If it takes a pimped-out plane ... go for it.
The Reverend Creflo Dollar is for real, with a real message. Trust me the guy is hot stuff. This ain't no Al Sharpton.
BTW, that mansion needs a little landscaping.
Is his first name Creflo or Cashflo?
Rev Gibsmedat Dollar
You can count on a couple of million dollars a year in operating costs, too.
That was good...
He disgusts me. And so do the people who continue to give him money.
If the flock is dumb enough to be fleeced by this charlatan, they deserve being fleeced by this charlatan...
