You know how to tell when HRC is lying? Her eyes are open.

This is starting to sound like drip, drop, drip. Day by day, new revelations are coming out. Is this how its going to be?

And remember,,this story has been pushed by the media and even some Democrats. So nobody can say the GOP is making political hay out of this.

The interesting aspect to this affair is that there is not the usual stonewall happening.

Has Psaki answered the question posed to her two days ago:

Did Hillary sign OF 109 [OP 109]?

“A former DOJ attorney has asked if, under department policy, Secretary Clinton — like all officials here in this building, when they depart or separate from this office, has to sign something called a form OF-109,” a reporter asked Psaki on Thursday. “It’s a separation statement declaring that when you leave office, you turn over not just classified materials, but any documents for official purposes. Did she sign –”

“I think this has been asked,” Psaki interrupted. “It was more than two years ago. I don’t have an update on that specific question at this point.”

Something’s fishy here.

Up to 30,000 missing emails sent by former Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner have been recovered by the IRS inspector general, five months after they were deemed lost forever.

The U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) informed congressional staffers from several committees on Friday that the emails were found among hundreds of “disaster recovery tapes” that were used to back up the IRS email system.

They tell us our emails are forever.

Psaki said. “We’re updating it because it’s an imperfect system.”

Uh, yeah, ya reckon? I was talking to my old partner in email admin a few minutes ago and he told me if we'd ever done anything like that we'd have been fired when anyone found out and if it had been under subpoena, we'd be in prison. This isn't a case of the rules being ambiguous, because they aren't. This is dereliction of duty with a clear intention to defraud.

They'll try to blame the techs again as they did with 0bamacare, but the fact is that political people are stupid, arrogant, and incompetent, and the higher they get the less they think the rules apply to them.

I believe I read a post on here a while back about the wife of the former leader of Egypt (Muslim Brotherhood) saying something about having the goods on Hillary? OK...what about all the emails she sent during the Muslim spring take over of the middle east? Those were sent to other countries so NO our government would NOT have ever had a copy of any of those correspondence....how convenient!

The smartest woman in the world may have outsmarted herself with this home server.

If anyone can find even one ‘official’ level email sent from her server to elsewhere that was not in the 30-some thousand she supposedly released to the House committee, she could likely be charged with destroying ‘official’ correspondence/documents, etc.

Another state dept person said earlier this week that emails exchanged between the dept and Hillary did have classified attachments.
