Just a link to the document, and a pic of the title page. It's got buzzwords in the index which gives me no confidence in the FCC writer's competency. BYOBB.

A year ago I would have expected EFF to be against it. I have no idea what their thinking is. Even if the FCC’s proposal looked half-ways decent, I’m surprised that they’d trust that gummint regulation would be beneficial.
