A year ago I would have expected EFF to be against it. I have no idea what their thinking is. Even if the FCC’s proposal looked half-ways decent, I’m surprised that they’d trust that gummint regulation would be beneficial.

The FCC tried this before and it got the judicial slapdown. I am fairly confident it will happen again.

Number of pages makes no difference. The important part is the assignment of utility status to the internet. Now that has happened, it’s only a matter of time before big taxes and content regulation.
