A 68-year-old retired correction officer shot and killed a 32-year-old person of color and wounded another, after a short dispute in Borough Hall subway station in Brooklyn Tuesday night, police sources said.
EMS spokesperson told JP they responded at 6:36 pm to a call of a shooting at the Brooklyn Borough Hall Subway Station located at Court Street and Joralemon Street, and treated two men for serious gun shot wounds.
According to police, the three men got into a verbal dispute on the 5 train. When they got off at Borough Hall station, Gilbert Drogheo, 32 spat at the retired officer in the face, and at that point the fight became physical.

shot and killed a 32-year-old person of color He looks Hispanic to me. So in other words when a Hispanic kills a black like Zimmerman/Trayvon, the Hispanic is a "white Hispanic" but when a black kills a Hispanic now the Hispanic is a "person of color"?

But how did he have a gun in New York City? Odd, it’s almost like there’s 2 sets of rules.

A nomination for the 2015 Darwin Award?? If I were to ever spit in someone's face (never have very probably never will) I'd certainly expect a response...but not a bullet in the chest/head.

I want to know what job the “person of color” did.
If its important for me to know what job the shooter retired from, its important for me to know how the “person of color” made their living.

Should read he shot an innocent gentle giant. "Shot an unarmed man" works as well.

Spitting on police officers/corrections officers is considered assault in NY State. Even though he was retired, I'm sure there would have been some charge connected to the incident, not to mention his punching the retiree.
The bad part is that it will take some time to find out if the spitter was HIV positive, or carried some other communicable disease. He may have to go through a battery of tests, and waiting period to make sure he hasn't contracted anything.

And without a doubt one of the most stupid descriptives that the libs ever foisted on us.
My grandkids used to enjoy doing art projects using “paper of color”. Ridiculous, huh?

He looks Hispanic to me. So in other words when a Hispanic kills a black like Zimmerman/Trayvon, the Hispanic is a "white Hispanic" but when a black kills a Hispanic now the Hispanic is a "person of color"? That is some convoluted logic they have, but yes, that is exactly how they think.

It’s not just how they think, it’s also how the FBI and other government agencies compile their crime statistics. Hispanics are counted as white if they’re perps, Hispanic if they’re victims.
