Giant Methane Smell From Uranus

Back in 1985 the old Pittsburgh Press ran this headline on a Saturday.
“Release of Seamen Expected”.
It may have just lost it’s title as funniest headline ever!
To: Jack Hydrazine
You posted this just for the title, didn’t you?......Admit it....................GOOD JOB!...............Sorry I didn’t find it first!.................

In astronomy, the degrees are measured between the planet’s rotational axis and its orbital axis, or, equivalently, the angle between its equatorial plane and orbital plane. It differs from orbital inclination.
Called axial tilt, also known as obliquity............

Thanks. But still, it seems that all tilt should be <90 degrees. What's the point of going beyond 90 degrees? Is there some sort of "right hand rule" at work here that accounts for both rotational spin and orbital direction that leads to the tilt being >90 degrees?

Thanks. Wow, dredging up ancient education there on magnetism and current. Haven’t thought about the right hand rule in probably 45 years.
