House Select Committee on Benghazi Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) said Tuesday that he will call on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to testify twice before his committee, after Clinton failed to aswer several outstanding questions about her use of personal email and her reaction to the 2012 attack in Libya.
“The first appearance will be to clear up her role and resolve issues surrounding her exclusive use of personal email to conduct official business,” Gowdy said. “This is necessary to establish our Committee has a complete record with respect to Secretary Clinton’s time in office.”
“Our committee will then call her to appear before the Committee in a public hearing to answer questions specifically regarding Libya and the Benghazi terrorist attacks that took the lives of our four brave fellow citizens,” he added.
Gowdy released a statement just minutes after Clinton argued that she has no further work emails on her private server, and that she didn’t save the remaining personal emails that were left. Clinton strongly hinted that she would resist attempts by Republicans to crack open that server and look for other Benghazi-related emails.
But Gowdy said it’s not up to her to decide what emails can be seen or not seen, and that she needs to give the server to a third party to make those decisions.

Find the IT company who did the installation and issue a subpoena for them to appear before a judge, followed by an arrest warrant if they refuse to cooperate.

That is my question. Where is the search warrant? I mean, I can see allowing a little room for courtesy, but they should have been standing at her door with a search warrant the night this broke. She is not part of the administration any longer, and her actions were illegal. But, I guess the Republicans will have a better chance at dropping the ball on this if Hilary has more time to delete damaging information. This is seriously frustrating.

I don't think there's a process left appropriate for an objective investigation of Democrat corruption.

Yep, and ALL (including Hillary’s) testimony needs to be done UNDER OATH under penalty of perjury. Make SURE that a judge IMMEDIATELY issues an order to preserve with no modifications her server(s) and related hard drives. Get those servers taken into an HONEST judge’s custody.
If they wanted to provide cover they would just drop it.
There can be no question this is the very definition of tampering and worthy of felony charge count for each occurrence of her actions to obstruct justice.
Of course, we'll see nothing of substance whatsoever regarding the Muslim Brotherhood, despite his "assistant's" heavy connections in that infiltration expedition. Thereby, and through similar curious things that are missing, we can be amply assured that Hillary has broken the very laws to which she swore oaths several times.
Given Hillary's high office and most trusted security clearance, I am reminded of Barbara Olson's insightful book, "Hell to Pay."

But at the first indication laws had been broken, shouldn’t the FBI automatically have gone into action? Or whoever would be responsible for investigating public “servents.” They don’t sit around to find out if someone wants a person investigated.
