Sarah Palin wades into Hillary Clinton email mess
The Politico ^ | March 9, 2015 | Kendall Breitman

Posted on 03/09/2015 9:27:42 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

Sarah Palin is weighing in on Hillary Clinton’s use of private email addresses to conduct State Department business, saying it “makes a mockery of transparency.”

“That’s unethical, no doubt illegal, and flies in the face of all claims of transparency,” Palin wrote in a op-ed for Fox News published Monday.

As Palin notes in her op-ed, she once faced an email flap of her own. During her 2008 run for vice president, citizens and news organizations requested to see emails from the governor during her time in office. Following open-records requests by Mother Jones and other news outlets, Palin released 24,000 emails from her nearly three years as governor. The release included only mundane correspondence.

In 2008, Palin’s Yahoo! personal email address was compromised after hacker David Kernell gained access to her account by answering her security question. Kernell was later convicted of a felony charge and a misdemeanor for the hack.

In the op-ed, Palin describes the process behind the release of her emails, saying that “an independent third party reviewed every email. There was no chance for any ‘smoking gun’ to escape detection because nothing was kept secret in any way.”

“Hillary Clinton and her staff weren’t trying to be in compliance with the law; they were skirting it altogether,” the former Alaska governor and vice presidential nominee alleged.

Because Clinton has instead handed over emails from her private server to the State Department, Palin said, she has evaded similar scrutiny.

“She hasn’t handed over the server to any independent party for review, and it’s already too late to do so because for all we know someone might have already deleted any trace of incriminating emails to and from Secretary Clinton and her aides,” Palin said, pointing at Rep. Trey Gowdy’s (R-S.C.) claim that the emails submitted to the State Department are missing correspondence for months at a time.

“This is the opposite of open and transparent government and obviously doesn’t follow the rules,” Palin wrote.

Politico’s BULLSTALIN begins with the word “Wades” instead of “Weighs” in the headline.

She has a place in this discussion and the Politicexuals can’t deal with it.

She has done the exact same thing they pinned on Nixon. He was missing 16 minutes of tape. 16 lousy minutes. Probably a bunch of cursing. It couldn’t be too much plus he got run out of office anyway.

Hillary is missing thousands of pages of typed script.

Thousands of page of highly classified State secrets plus info that could probably send her upriver for 25 to life.

Here is a thought -

The Clintons have collected a ton of money on the expectation that she’d be the next POTUS - and some of these people might well be furious if she just said “oh I changed my mind”.

But Hillary has health problems and is no spring chicken. So Hillary trashes herself - to the NYT - and knows that eventually the dust will settle and it will go away after she is no longer the candidate. Then she can live her life of great luxury - having pulled off her biggest con.

Several weeks ago, Jeb released a load of gubernatorial emails in order to show how transparent was his administration. A little too transparent, it seems.

I think you've nailed it.

I predicted months ago that Hillary would start by fundraising, then bag out of the race citing health or family issues, but remain a behind-the-scenes dem powerbroker.

If these Emails were sent to anyone at a Government Address, they are part of the recipients permanent Email History.

Congress need only send out a team to every Federal Agency suspected of receiving Emails to it's users and do a bolen search of Hillary's address to see what pops up. I am sure at State, the White House, DoJ, IRS, EPA, et at., will have HITS.

The peoples e-mail should have been a “@gov” type run through a Federal Government server, administered by a Bureaucrat.

Hillary can select or purge any message from HER OWN server. The damming e-mails may be long gone, unless someone like Snowden has them.

Long ago, I got involved in a contested estate. I was in a meeting and knew what Lawyer “A” put in his notes.

When the SHTF, I got my own Lawyer, Lawyer “B”.
I confidently told Lawyer B, do not worry, I know what Lawyer “A” put in his notes. Lawyer “B” responded, Which notes, the ones from the meeting 6 months ago, or the ones Lawyer “A” will make up 30 minutes before they are due to be handed over to the Judge??? Who will the Judge believe, you, or the respected officer of the court > Lawyer “A”

The sweet thing about Palin weighing in is that it is a direct dare, woman-to-woman, for Hilly to come as clean as Sarah did when accused of crap in Alaska. Makes it easy for others to say there are too many women better qualified as the first female president and going Hillary will demean them as badly as Obama did for Blacks.

Thanks for the Ping Sweet GraceG!

Palin released her Alaska State e-mail when the Commie rag Mother Jones requested she release her e-mails. A neutral move.

Palin also had her PERSONAL Yahoo E-mail “Hacked”. She is the victim.

Hillary preemptively hosted her E-mail on a personal E-Mail server to hide her e-mail from government and media and potentially selectively edit it ex-post facto. She is involved in conspiracy to defraud / supress information.

Hillary released her E-mail to the state department in printed form as a way of slowing down discovery. She is impeding discovery of evidence.

And Yet this poltico article is trying to build a wobbly bridge of moral equivalency between Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton in an attempt to somehow defend Hillary????

YEAH....Sarah and Hillary are so morally equivalent on E-mail and HOW DARE SARAH PALIN even Question her Thighness...

None of this e-mail business is going to matter until they have the goods. Of course she's going to “impede discovery”....it works to distract and manipulate people...which she's already doing a fine job of....the Clinton's aren't armatures when it comes to “Playing hide and seek” and “pulling the covers over every-ones heads”.

If Bengazi didn't get her this e-mail stuff won't go anywhere until they have them in hand...and then she can have her attorneys fight to keep them from being released indefinately. Like Obama has all his stuff.
