Trey Gowdy: Remember Hillary Flying to Libya, Device in Hand? We Have No Emails from That Day
I can’t think of any other congressional investigation that has gone any better for many years but its odd how this one being typical is all Gowdy’s fault.
I hope you are right but have my doubts.
How about a federal "grand jury" and "Office of the Federal Prosecutor" both staffed and elected by the states? They could work in conjunction with a reconfigured FBI.
A Convention of States could probably get this done.
Look at the phone screen reflection in her glasses. I’m sure some talented Freeper can;
a) clear up the image so we can make out whats there
2) photoshop the image with all kinds of imaginative things
LOL
One of the things I read is Clinton/Obama sent sensitive messages via text messages on Blackberrys. Blackberrys have no storage cloud or archive, so to speak, so once you hit delete the message dies in an electronic inferno. I could be wrong though but I read about this on one of the other Hillary threads.
How does that work for the corresponding copy on the other end if they’re using a regular computer? Won’t their computer have a copy? Won’t the server for their ISP?
Agree. Your comment is precisely the typical manner the Democrats spin under these circumstances.
Because of their unity, their loyalty to the party, which is demanded by the Democrat party of all members they will all be lockstep with that absolutely ridiculous assault on the Republicans to the point that once again they will persevere.
Very well said... and I completely agree.
Gowdy is absolutely correct in his observations. However, gaps and cover ups make no difference. Three weeks of media treatment and the truth will be recognized by all./s/ Hillary will be elected. Look who the American people elected TWICE!!!!
Not if it was sent to and email on her home-brew server which the recipient had access to. It could have been read, then deleted off her server. Or cleverer yet, she saved it as a draft on her server and someone read and deleted it without it ever being sent.
I have no idea.
I am unsure how the issue was discovered. So I do not know if you are
wrong or right.
We do know this though. Gowdy and his committee knew about it for
6 months. And only when the scandal broke open, did Gowdy grandstand
and issue a supeona.
And to this day Gowdy has not issued a supeona for the “physical server”.
Not her server their server. People who sent or received e-mails and texts to or from Hillary have hard drives and ISPs.
Despite the enablers of Gowdy here, there are much more Gowdy could
have and should have done, as part of his investigation.
He knew about these e-mails for 6 months and only when this scandal broke
did he grandstand and issue a supeona for the emails.
In addition, to this day he has not issued a supeona for the “physical server” itself.
Well, my hard drive stores a copy no matter what device someone uses to send me e-mail and text. So does my ISP. 0bama said everything on his Blackberry is archived so it must have the capability. If it does and she didn’t use that that is a violation of Federal archiving laws.

The Romanian ‘Guccifier’ is probably the first to reveal Hillary’s server from hacking Sidney Blumenthal’s e-mail, at least as early as spring 2013.
Would emails on Hillary’s home server be numbered or only dated?
Would anybody else be fired for conducting all gov business on their own home server?
Show me the money, honey.
Actions are absent.
How about enforcing the contempt order? Once. Just once.
