I see the senate’s point, but if you can’t even make a stand when the constitution is being violated, when can you? If the Congress lets executive amnesty slip through the cracks, then the damn will be broken and all laws....anything the President wants to do....will be done through Executive Action with the Precedent having been established. I don’t give a crap if the GOP loses the house, the Senate, and the Presidency, I want our laws to be followed....PERIOD!!!!
Here is what I think will happen. We have to look at what the supporters are saying. They know that by passing the bill they are passing Amnesty. The Obama administration will take this to court this week and argue that the house and the Senate passed funding of Amnesty and thus allowed this to become Law.
Why do you people think that they want to go before the circus after the bill is passed? They could not go before a judge before this passed as the courts would laugh at them.

Maybe I missed something. I thought spending bills originated in the House. Once passed out of the house the bill goes to the Senate. The Senate then considers the House bill and, if differences arise, the House and Senate form a conference committee to iron out the differences. The compromise bill is then voted on by the House and the Senate. Upon passage by the House and Senate the bill is sent to the president for approval or veto. Am I wrong about how this process is supposed to work?
