Hillary and liberals will say what difference does it make.
But Hillary is the one who ran ads about who do you want to take that 3 a.m. phone call when some crisis erupts somewhere in the world.
She failed badly with her 3 a.m. phone call with Benghazi, regardless of saying what difference does it make, we need to move on, this has been addressed already, and any other statement the liberals and apologists will make about Benghazi.
She needs to be arrested and tried for at LEAST criminal neglect.

About the time Woods and Doherty were making their last stand.
