At least one state decided against the claim that free speech is political contributions.
.. but alas as Rush explains it's the ability to harass that may well be the intent -- it worked for decades as the "Fairness Doctrine."
Citizens past defended free speech against enemies with blood.. we can do no less to defend free speech against enemies.. our free speech, their blood.
