Thank you for stating the obvious truth. However, it's a mistake to believe he doesn't use the expression "Islamic terror" out of loyalty to Muslims; this man has no core. He could easily lie and express indignation at Jihadists as easily as he swears to defend the Constitution of the United States.
No. The reason he never condemns Islamic terror is that he doesn't want to use any language that might inadvertently exclude the Tea Party. See, it's the same reason he broke his pledge to close Gitmo; at some future point, he might find it necessary to repurpose it's use to detain Americans.
