The draft text of the United Nations’ proposed global climate agreement was released Friday, February 13 in Geneva, Switzerland. The document, which proposes to impose draconian controls on all human activity and all energy production and consumption, has ballooned from the 38-page document that was negotiated last November-December at the UN climate circus in Lima, Peru, to 98 pages.
“Although it has become longer, countries are now fully aware of each other’s positions,” said Christiana Figueres, executive secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), acknowledging that the more than doubling of the text’s length would make the next negotiating session “a little bit more difficult.”

The Obama administration is not only not willing to stop this climate change crap, they are willingly promoting it as being more important than the threat of terrorism.
They don't care about the environment or the planet. They want to eliminate capitalism and replace it with socialism. In essence to control the populace.
The people are opposed to it !
But since when has FEDGovt. listened to "the people".. ??
Drop out of the UN ,..NOW !
Exactly the opposite response that is needed.
Man needs to adapt to the Earth whether it is cooling or warming. Don’t bother with the non-starter conversation that it’s Mans fault. No one is going back into the caves.
The ONLY answer is to secure sources of energy AND a power delivery grid to heat where we work and live or to cool where we work and live.

It could have been a metaphor for the U. N. Nobody has needed a ball and chain quite as much as the U. N.
Curious if the U.N. is our most formidable enemy, THE enemy to focus on, or Islam? Both for sure, but the priority?
Seems they are both entrenched in our government, and our cities across the Nation. What to do? What to do?

The extinction of the UN should become a major object of American foreign policy.
The BRICS nations are not likely to tolerate that...

These days the UN is nothing more than a Money Pit , useless,and who told them they have authority over Climate and energy
This is a disgrace. I mean, these lunatics appear to believe that they’re entitled to a separate reality to the one which everybody else lives in.
“This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the industrial revolution,” Figueres asserted, at a February 3rd press conference during the Geneva climate talks. “That will not happen overnight and it will not happen at a single conference on climate change,” she continued. “It is a process, because of the depth of the transformation.”
Many decades ago a group like this would be hooted out of the limelight. Now everyone stares, entranced, slack-jawed. And godless.
