Oregon governor John Kitzhaber may have announced that he will resign, but a sweeping FBI investigation of him and his fiancée, Cylvia Hayes, is only getting started. While the story involves personal failings, the green-energy lobbying scandal that brought them down has national lessons and implications. If oil companies and pharmaceutical concerns shouldn’t exercise undue influence in government, the same is true for green energy — which can’t yet survive in the marketplace without giant subsidies or special tax favors.

The fact that Kitzhaber resigned was on page 14 of the local leftist rag here in NorCal.
Like the Leland Yee / Rod Wright / Ron Calderon scandals, the Rat controlled MSM refuses to shine light on this.
We all know the screaming and wailing if it had been Evil Republicans.
I would LOVE for the scam that is ‘Green Energy’ to have the light of day shone on it. It is just another money venture for Leftists and their minions. How many billions of dollars in ‘stimulus’ did Leftist owned ‘green’ companies get? And how many of those declared bankruptcy after dispersing the money?
I believe the main reason his Dem compatriots made him resign is fear over that very exposure of the green cabal/fascists

I hope a lawsuit goes forth. The best thing that could happen would be exposing the fraud that is the ‘green energy’ movement.
She sounds more like a serial whore than any of your descriptions. Once he crashes, it’ll be interesting to see if their engagement lasts.
In my opinion, one of the things that has given impetus to the “green” scam is the massive MidEast payroll to democrat politicians for resisting domestic oil exploration, development and manufacture. Names like Boxer, Markey, Feinstein, Schumer and many others come to mind. One of my fantasies, aside from an accurate count of Bill Clinton’s love children, is an actual audit of income from the democrats who steadfastly oppose US oil.
