He speaks with clarity... In other words, Rubin is merely telling us which of the candidates the left fears most. If it was Walker they feared more than Cruz, both at 5%, the article would be about Scott.

Question is is he assertive - loud - enough to avoid allowing the national media to define him. A very tough road.
So far it seems like its a push. He needs to find other ways to get his message out.
