And that’s the problem. Enough has already been done that it’s already, for most practical purposes, in place.
Absolutely. Been on hundreds of trains, and subways without an ID. Anybody asks me for a national ID (other than a state driver’s license) on any highway... federal or otherwise— will be refused (traffic stops excluded). In TN the TSA, stepping waaay outside their duties conducted a practice traffic block on I-40. Know both from publication and because was there at the time... and refused.
Sure hope everybody FEELs secure, because they aren’t. And especially not with the white hut obamaumao and his islamofascist pals enacting even more freedom destroying crap. Just like George Bush. Thus ever to tyrants. And it is coming.
They can just arrest you, hold you without cause for a couple days, and figure that by then you’ve learned your lesson. Any attempt on your part to fight it will be either fought to your financial undoing, or settled/dropped to your tolerable dissatisfaction. If you’re going to take the 5th Amendment to the fullest applicable, you’ll be tied up in legal bills for a decade.
