Gee, don’t tip your hand on upcoming decisions or nothing like that...
Maybe you should recuse yourself, you dried-up husk.
It may surprise the good justice [spit] that homosexual marriage has only been passed in 12 states. It has been shoved down the peoples’ throats by black robed fascists such as her. Or per haps the better term is “shoved up the peoples’ azz”.
You leftist azzholes astound me.
Sounds like she already has her mind made up on the pending gay marriage case. In that case she should recuse herself from the case as she cannot be an unbiased juror.
If the American people are ready for it then let them implement, don’t impose it by court fiat.
I intend on contacting Justice Ginsburg to ask her why the courts shouldn’t just leave the subject to legislatures if Americans are so ready.

I’m looking for her individual e-mail.
She should recuse herself. In fact she must, recall that she officiated at a homo “marriage” - the first time a justice of the Supreme Court has ever performed any marriage ceremony of any kind.
Gingsburg is also ready for the pasture, she needs to step down from the SCOTUS loft. Trouble is we will get another one just like her when odumbo appoints her replacement. I doubt she will last another two years.
If “gay marriage” becomes legal in all 50 states, expect the wrath of God to his this country hard — and very quickly. It could come in the form of earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, a deep recession or a terrorist attack (as God momentarily withdraws His protection from our enemies).
I kind of expect it will be all of the above — and maybe more. God will not simply stand by as His great Christian Republic is liberalized!
Despite the fact that the voters have generally said “no”? Get lost, you old bat.
I think voters in four states went the other way on the issue. 3 actually accepted ‘gay marriage’ that way, one failed to pass an amendment and the legislature then accepted it.
Freegards
I thought their job was to judge a case on its Constitutional merits, not whether the country is “ready” for it
Agreed. But there’s been such excrement on the Court since Marshall. I liked Andy Jackson’s response: “John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it.” And Jackson proceeded to utterly ignore it. No chance the Obamanation would do anything but worship the homosexuality he loves and likely engages in.
