He can’t run in 2018 as OR Governors are limited to 8 years out of every 12 (this is 2nd stint as Governor), A bizarre variation seen in a few sates, why not just 2 terms consecutive like most of them? Same effect.
I would favor an 8 out of every 16 limit myself, as in Montana and Wyoming.
I hope he stays and starts doing and saying really crazy shite, liking *announcing* he’ll run in 2018, maximize damage to the OR rat party.
