Another angle of what some thing is a small tactical nuke.
This looks to me more like some type of MOAB in Ukraine.

Well, you can hear the sound from the explosion. EMP wipes out audio recording before sound waves. Probably not a nuke. Probably a lot of explosives though.

That round is much larger then the video explosion obviously.
We made them a lot smaller...so did Russia.

Flash to bang about 8 seconds. Roughly a mile and a half from the camera. A tactical nuke at a mile an a half would have been MUCH larger and longer lasting. But it was a very large warhead of some sort.

I’m not even sure what a tactical nuclear weapon looks like when it goes off. I would think it was probably more like a normal nuke, just smaller. As for a neutron bomb, that would look different.

Radiation detectors will tell the tale.
Frankly speaking, I would find it difficult to tell the difference between a small tactical nuke and a large HE blast. (without a detector)

I’d suspect a nuke would be much brighter than that. Just a guess that the equipment would have been put out of commission and the photographer blinded.
