Yes, you are wrong. This has just happened so give our new governor, who was our Attorney General, Greg Abbott, and our vast majority of Republican state office holders, some time to deal with this. If this group goes afoul of Texas law, they will be in court. They can counsel all they want, freedom of religion and speech, but cannot act against Texas law.

I think Gregg Abbott will get to it after he gets all the other crap he is dealing with from Perry’s administration taken care of.
