It’s quite alright with me if large parts of western civilization are destroyed (including me) on the way to a cleansed and God-centered re-do.
Oh good grief...adult toys should be available everywhere...they aren't "dirty" and can actually enhance your marriage. I agree that they should be discreetly packaged, but let people sel them. The days of going to a seedy store in a seedier neighborhood to but a plaayboy are pretty much over....and for the better.
kids who can read...will
they will want to know what that was next to where they get their shoelaces
at a minimum its really tacky...
It obviously offends some people or else there wouldn’t be a thread/post about it here at FR. Do you have trouble paying attention? Comprehending facts? That FR is a conservative website? 50 Shades of Grey is more dumbing down of a dulled sedate society where anything goes. Push back is required!!! Go away and find others of your kind... there’s bound to be plenty of websites worshiping 50 Shades of Grey. Of course it’s intelligently written and cutting edge... grabbing vomit bag. Enough is enough. Behold the magnificent artistic unveiling of women’s liberation. How could we have been so blind to this groundswell of support and enthusiasm for such a brave film. What’s next? A renaissance of Broke Back Mountain? Cue a bleating sheep... bah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
The original article is about “Grey” branded products in Target. Is a blindfold or a vibrator only bad for the country,(enough that it causes some here to wish for God to strike people down or at the very least boycott Target) just because it is “Grey” brand vs. a regular, run-of-the mill “Adam & Eve” brand toy?
Give it a rest with the hyperbole.
The book is fantasy. No more and no less “porn promoting” than hundreds of other popular books over the last CENTURY. Many of which sold at stores you go to daily.
It is just fantasy. Something to “rally the troops” when you go to bed on a Friday night.
Harmless fun. Harry Potter for adults. Nothing more.
Sure it is...I've never had to have an assist of any kind.......anyway, where they are selling them is irrelevant...if they are discreetly packaged then what's the difference ( poor choice of words I guess)...were you happier when there were no condoms on display???
Did you ever actually see a condom displayed???
A product, whatever it is, in a closed package aimed at an adult audience is HARMLESS. They actually sell Kotex and Tampax and (gasp) even adult diapers right there in sight of everyone.
If your child knows what a vibrating cock ring is...then it's already too late, if they don't know what it is....don't tell them!!
Well, if I ever catch my girl shopping for that stuff, she’s going over my knee!
;-)
Agree. This is pretty sick stuff and surprised to see so many supporting it.
Sex can be a beautiful thing — in a marriage in which a man and a woman have committed themselves to one another. Sado-masochism is, IMO, not a concept worthy of celebration.
I made no statement that indicated that I would prevent Target from marketing products for degenerate behavior. If I were a Target shopper with children, I would not want to put myself in the position of having to explain to a 13-year-old what that trash is for.
As for your desire “to but a plaayboy”, TMI. Just sayin’.
If you need that kind of crap to enjoy sex, I pity you.
50 Shades of Grey
I'm not familiar with either of these but I'm well aware of prudish behavior and attitudes and they seldom do anyone any good.....sometimes, yes....usually no...Kids are kids, adults are adults.
Harry's favorite is B--CH!!
