I think the real question here is whether it makes sense to have the internet managed and regulated like the interstate highway system.
Dumb question: Wouldn't anyone be able to build their own "internet" themselves?

I think this change will NOT be accepted unless there are guarantees stated clearly in writing that respects the First Amendment right of free speech.

Worthy concept? So I’m free to give my opinion so long as I follow the rules and include a dissenting opinion along with it? I’m pretty sure our constitution didn’t include that qualifier in the first amendment-
