Commissioner John Koskinen confirmed Tuesday that illegal immigrants granted amnesty from deportation under President Obama’s new policies would be able to get extra refunds from the IRS for money they earned while working illegally, as long as they filed returns during those years. Illegal immigrants who are granted the amnesty will be given official Social Security numbers, which means they can go back and amend up to three years of previous tax forms to claim the Earned Income Tax Credit, potentially claiming billions of dollars in additional payments they were ineligible for before the amnesty.

Gosh, that’s the real title in the Washington Times. It indicates that the WT has gone anti-Obama.
One thing someone like Walker needs to step up and say about our “loyal opposition” -
if they could get away with it openly, they would simply look at people’s voting records and steal from those who didn’t vote for them and pay those who did.
But, they can’t do that openly, though they are doing an excellent job of doing it covertly.
Meanwhile working Americans, unable to afford health insurance, are being fined. And military vets and retirees are getting their benefits cut.
When I write a check to pay my taxes, this will make me feel warm inside. On this alone, if the Republicans had any fight in them whatsoever, they could defeat Obama on any point with the American people. I wonder if Boehner/McConnell will say a word about this, or if they do, anyone will be able to understand what they are referring to.
I wonder if they can just say they lost those returns and had their hard drive with their Turbo Tax files recycled.....?

WTH...they still owe me a 500.00 refund from 2012. !!!!!! So they prefer illegals to an American citizen whose linage goes back to the beginning of the formation of the United States...outrageous!

Why couldn’t a class action suit happen on this?
The whole idea behind letting the wetbacks into the USA a was that they would pay into social security without ever being able to draw a pension (i.e., they were meant to keep the system alfoat).
Now, if the wetbacks are able to take from social security, then the whole system will go broke sooner then expected.
How could they file tax returns if they had no Social Security numbers?
