HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. Their children have been sent home from school. Their families are barred from birthday parties and neighborhood play dates. Online, people call them negligent and criminal. And as officials in 14 states grapple to contain a spreading measles outbreak that began near here at Disneyland, the parents at the heart of Americas anti-vaccine movement are being blamed for incubating an otherwise preventable public-health crisis.
Measles anxiety rippled thousands of miles beyond its center on Friday as officials scrambled to try to contain a wider spread of the highly contagious disease which America declared vanquished 15 years ago, before a statistically significant number of parents started refusing to vaccinate their children. In recent days, new measles cases popped up in Nebraska and Minnesota, New York and Marin County in California. Officials around the country reported rising numbers of patients who were seeking shots, as well as some pediatricians who were accepting non-vaccinated families but were debating changing their policies. The White House urged parents to listen to the science that supports inoculations...

Farther down the road, when all their organs start cr@pping out, and the medical industry starts hacking them out for a large fee each time, the doctors will not tell them the real reason why their body is giving out.
The docs will just say “this is what you have” and “this is what we must do” and the sheep will never question.
The medical industry can make a lot of money out of mutilating you before you actually die.
The brainwashed just refuse to entertain the idea that there’s any conspiracy.
The executives at these companies undoubtedly occasionally break out in laughter when they’re by themselves, so much laughter they start to cry, and they spit their Scotch out at the jokes, and it comes out their nose.
“Oh, they are so stupid, my God, how can a person be that stupid to let us do that to them and not realize we’re doing it !”.
Another funny part, none of this is anything advanced. It’s just the opium lords selling opium, and whatever other natural remedies they can patent, like Red Yeast Rice.
And when you see a lot of folks that are older, they are so completely trusting... they lap up whatever pills their old friend the doctor prescribes. He’s so nice you know.
When I ask for a list of what was prescribed to elderly relatives in the hospital while they were there, it’s like I’M THE ONLY ONE WHO EVER ASKED THAT QUESTION.
Some people are really, really, really stupid when it comes to trusting the medical industry. Really stupid. Did I mention they are stupid ?
What's pathetic are your reasoning skills. If vaccinations work, how are all those supposedly protected people in schools, libraries, transportation, etc. NOT immune to the diseases they're vaccinated against? Or are you saying vaccines don't work? Pick one, master debater.
Deaths in the US last 10 years from
measles: 0 (CDC)
measles vaccine: 108 (VAERS database)
How long would it be?
I’m not a proponent of vaccinations in general - so when discussing with my very pro-vaccination doctor, Polio was the one I was concerned about - because of fear. He said the one I should give my daughter when she was older was the tetanus shot, not polio.
358 cases world wide... all where they use the oral vaccination.
You are right. Everyone should be free to make their own choices as long as we each weigh the consequences and make the decision with the gravity it deserves. It is tough to know what to do when your kids’ health is involved and the path may not be as clear as we’d like.
It is absolutely fear mongering.
There seems to be an awful lot of side effects mentioned on the vaccine inserts too. So a parent should have the opportunity to do their research and make the decision that is best for their family.

If vaccines are safe, why is there an age limit on some? If vaccines are safe, why would they harm someone with a weakened immune system? If you have a weakened immune system, will you know it BEFORE you get the shot?
Bonus question - why do they give the Hep B vaccine the day you're borne, even though the risk of Hep B is primarily in the IV drug user and prostitute community?
Second bonus question - do you feel happier thinking of yourself in a government herd or as an individual? Explain in 50 words or less.
They actually haven’t said if it comes from the wild measles or the vaccine strain.
Sad that sarcastic post indicates lack of critical thinking, understanding facts of devolving ethics and opetation of pharma medical FDA industry.
Shame to marginalize facts and evidence as conspiracy in order to preserve establishment narrative sense of reality.
Polio in the 1950’s and small pox were huge, real health threats and corresponding vaccines proved to greatly reduce instances of those diseases.
However, things have changed over the years, as pharma - FDA ethics have become severely compromised favoring profit at the expense of public health.
Do you deny that?
Do you think its a good idea for pharma to cherry pick their best drug efficacy studies ax evidence to the FDA?
Do you think its a conflict of interest for drug study scientists being paid $100,000’s in stipends by the very drug company they run drug trials for?
Are you aware of the 1970’s absurd swine flu vaccines that injured / killed 100’s?
Do you think it was a prudent idea for drug companies to be trusted to use mercury, aluminum in vaccines only to supposedly cease it recently after the practice came under critism by toxoligists?
How do you feel about the makers of the polio Salk vaccine being fully aware of the SV40 rhesus money cancer virus in vaccines from the 1950’s thru 1970’s?
Were you aware that the mfg knew that SV40 was known to cause multiple cancers in humans and still chose to deliberately ignored eliminating SV40 live particals due to cost?
What do you think about innundating US infants with 20 vaccines from newborn to toddler, when other first world country pediatric vaccination regiments advise against and are far more conservative?
Is it paranoid and conspiracy sensitive to actually take the effort to read ALL CDC information, FDA physician reference efficacy and side effect information?
This is not an emotional matter.
Its a matter of compromised health care organizations that siloed highly resistant to scrutiny, and insulated misconduct (read legislation that provides legal immunity from vaccine manufacturers).
As a navy vet, you are to be applauded for your service, sacrifice and devotion to mission.
That said, what would you think of ship, aircraft, ordinance manufacturers who were immune from liability for defective materials and were guilty for providing false statements to permit full risk / benefit analysis?
This is a complicated public health issue that deserves full disclosure of pharma-gov’t facts, past ethical issues and performance failures.
Yes, terycarl, but what you don’t realize is that research is slow walked. You don’t realize where they could be if the were really actually researching in the right direction. One of my relatives is a researcher. Much of what we do today is barbaric, like modern-day bloodletting, not a real solution to health problems.
And you also don’t realize that the American diet has been molded into a diet that slowly kills over time. Other industries help to generate millions of patient-customers for the healthcare industry. Whenever you hear “exploding epidemic”, etc., that’s what’s been happening. But happening slowly, over decades, with no immediate pains or effects that jump out at the sheeple, so sheeple never realize. Duh, it’s what I’m eating and drinking, breathing, etc.
And you don’t realize that all prescribed medicines slowly kill over time. Product labels go out of their way to talk about side effects that are immediate. If a “medicine” is an exceptionally obvious hideous poison over time, they’ll actually warn that it should not be taken for a long time. But for most “medicines” the killing mechanism is indirect enough that it it can be plausibly denied that the medicine had anything to do with a person’s health problems. I literally heard this: “but I took that for 20 years and never had a problem with it”. Can I get a duh ? It’s a slow, cumulative effect.
It’s really very very simple; doctors simply never bring up anything in conversation about long term effects and they are quite polished at shining you on if you bring it up. In a most friendly way. I’ve even heard a cardiologist say - “too many pills”. It was a great way to gain trust of a sheep. Well, with the sheep’s intelligent son nosing around prodding for answers very politely.
Hey, if you have an emergency - go to the hospital. It is abosolutely fantastic what they can do today - really. Things today that are a 45-minute in and out procedure would have been impossible not long ago.
But keep in mind, the trick is a slow death. A slow death is a profitable death for the people giving you medical care. The slower the better.
The alternative picture, with research in the right direction:
a) a much smaller medical industry
b) people routinely living over 100
c) people being healthy their whole life, even over 100
d) far fewer, think 10%, of the operations and procedures being done, as far more people would not have massive health problems over their whole lifetime
e) far fewer medical professionals would be needed
f) far, far better medical technology (amazing, but it is true)
g) far better medical professional practice, due to far better technology and only the top candidates would qualify for medical school because we would not need so many doctors; we’d also need far fewer of all other medical careers
The problem we have now economically is that the people at the top making the decisions are not creative “good” geniuses - because then they’d be able to think of many other good productive things for medical industry resources to be allocated to. But, they are the ones making the decision, and they are uncreative, “evil” geniuses - they just know how to bs people, control the system, and make it far larger than it has to be.
There are actually good reasons not to get one. We almost didn’t get my daughter the DPT vaccine because she has a brain injury and seizures. Then they started another safer version DPaT that had a lower risk of seizures.
My other daughter had a bad reaction to her last tetanus vaccine. She has a movement disorder, dystonia, and she had a very, very, very bad flare up of the dystonia. It had only been in her arms, and it went into her legs and she had a hard time walking, and it was very painful.
I haven’t given either of them the gaurdisil vaccine. They just turned 18, so they will have to make that choice.
AUTISM.
What about your daughter giving it to other people. What about those undergoing chemotherapy or babies too you g to be vaccinated? By the time she gets visibly sick, how many people would your daughter expose.
“This years flu vaccine is basically worthless because the scientists guessed wrong and the flu virus that mutated isnt affected by this flu shot. But millions of people ran out and got one for themselves and their kids.”

One of the newer vaccines, in this country, is for Chickenpox. It came out in Japan c. 1970, but took a long time to become approved here. Chickenpox in children is rarely a serious illness, although in older folks or the immunosuppressed it can be serious. It just makes most kids itchy, spotty and mediocre feeling for a few days. But schools, daycare, babysitters, etc. want nothing to do with those kids until the rash is over so mom or dad had to take time off work and be a parent. Expensive! The vaccine when first released here was sold as cheaper than the otherwise inevitable sick child. However, the national annual chickenpox death toll has fallen a lot since vaccination for it has become common. Vaccines save lives, a couple hundred a year with chickenpox in the US, a lot more with others. Admittedly the ideal used of vaccination is to eradicate the disease world wide and remove the small price and minuscule risks of vaccinating for it. We accomplished that with smallpox (fingers are crossed.) We would have accomplished it with polio by now if not for muslim anti-vaccination fanatics in a couple parts of the world. We did manage to eradicate one of polio's three strains. Measles was to be the next eradication target.
We need the Saudi's to start manufacturing vaccines "made in Mecca" for the recalcitrant parts of the world that are reflexively anti-US and issue Fatwas requiring their use. Their royal family is well aware of the risk hosting the hajj poses in spreading epidemics to their general population and should support such out of their own self interest. We may even need the FDA to allow importing such for certain recalcitrant US populations, such as Mpls.
Those saying otherwise are delusional, which alas means you can't rationally debate with them. You either have to put up with being annoyed by their delusions, or if they are causing too much cost to the sane you have to squish them. Although letting many types of mental illness roam free is currently 'politically correct', there used to be a common term dangerous lunatic applied to severe cases for which society then embraced action. The current PC approach is to wait until they're proven to be dangerous lunatics, then call for gun control. But then PC is also another delusion. Society can stand some individuals who are PC or who are anti-vaccination, but those organizing, encouraging and promoting such delusions are more dangerous.
'Lazarus Long' wrote "Stupidity cannot be cured with money, or through education, or by legislation. Stupidity is not a sin, the victim can't help being stupid. But stupidity is the only universal capital crime; the sentence is death, there is no appeal, and execution is carried out automatically and without pity." I'd argue that anyone trying to block execution of said sentence is guilty of the same and deserves the same sentence.
“Look at the CDC site, its all there.”
I have and others and you’ve ignored all but one stat. Plus you ignore what would happen if everyone was as ignorant as you and failed to immunize our kids. We had a preview recently.
I know you think it’s personally ugly for me to bluntly observe how stupid you are. It really isn’t anything personal - I don’t really care to inform you of such. It’s mainly so that people who think you actually know what you are talking about will at least have a contrary indicator and perhaps reconsider your cocksure advice of vaccinations, which is wrong and ill advised.
So do stupid things, win stupid prizes, and keep it to yourself. Nobody should listen to you because you give advice that kills children who otherwise can live healthy lives.
rave on...
What about them?
What about the warning for some cancer patients to not be around recently vaccinated children?
What about the cases of vaccinations causing a disease?
What about the baby in Baltimore that has the measles after the shot?
What about whoever would have given it to my child? It’s part of life, we get sick, we treat it, we get better.
Measles Outbreak = From Illegal Immigrants Thanks To Open Borders
Vaccines for Measles Deaths = Over 100 people dead
People that did not take Vaccines For Measles Deaths = 0 deaths
Measles is not a killer disease like cancer that has sky rocketed in number of deaths (over 7000%) in the last 50 years, heart disease or diabetes that are the top 3 killers that the CDC along with the medical establishment does not want to ask why?
