“while he was on parole for a 1980 stabbing and arson that killed a woman and two children.” Excuse me, but was that not enough for the death penalty, yet he was given parole? The world is upside down and favors the evil.

I suspect that my IQ is somewhere in the vicinity of 100 but I would think it would be pretty easy to fake a low IQ.Tom hanks did a pretty fair job of it in Forest Gump.

I have no idea what the IQ of Butch, my Rottweiler mix rescue dog is. I would trust his moral judgment over most humans.

Go Texas go! Enforce the death penalty! Speed up the appeals process! The death penalty is the ultimate deterrent.

When are they going to execute the judge who let this animal out on bail? After all, *he* is responsible as well.

This blood isn’t just on the murderer’s hands, then.

So what if a murderer is stupid? Doesn’t that just mean he’s too stupid to be “rehabilitated”, and should be put to sleep?

If he felt really really sorry I think that means he was smart enough

If 67 IQ is low enough for a murder exemption, think about these statistics:
- The standard deviation of IQ is roughly 15 points
- The average IQ of a US black is 84
- 70 points is one standard deviation below 85
- The percentage of the black population that is one or more standard deviations below the average is roughly 16 %.
According to this argument 16% of the black population should be exempt from the full penalty for murder.
