Actually, I'd prefer the mandatory sentence for illegals to be:
* 15+ years in prison, plus
* forfeiture of all assets, plus
* payment of damages to the individual whose identity was stolen, plus
* deportation after having their real names and "Property of ______[Country of Origin]" tattooed on their foreheads.
Illegal order - California, and the participants may be in violation of RICO.
It seems like a conspiracy to commit a crime, and accessory after the fact in the commission of a felony.
They need to face consequences.

My brother’s identity was stolen by a Mexican that lived about 30 miles from him. We tracked him down and my brother went to his front door. He never had anymore problems with the guy after that.

It’s like betting against the House. You’rea gonna lose every time you do.
If you loan money to an illegal you better check the app info twice and get at least 30 of their realtives names because you’re gonna need every last one of ‘em to track them down once they bolt .
