WASHINGTON — The Justice Department has begun work on a legal memo recommending no civil rights charges against a white police officer in Ferguson, Mo., who killed an unarmed black teenager in August, law enforcement officials said.
That would close the politically charged case in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown. The investigation by the F.B.I., which is complete, found no evidence to support civil rights charges against the officer, Darren Wilson, the officials said.
A broader civil rights investigation into allegations of discriminatory traffic stops and excessive force by the Ferguson Police Department remains open, however. That investigation could lead to significant changes at the department, which is overwhelmingly white despite serving a city that is mostly black. . .

Of course, this will soon be followed by an admonition to all those who jumped to conclusions and fomented riots and exacerbated racial tensions upon a contrivance. . .and then a public apology by Obama to officer Wilson and his family for the undeserved public scrutiny and scorn that was heaped upon him by the Media, Sharpton, Jackson and all the other race hustlers. . . I’m waiting. . .hello?. . . . I’m waiting.

You can safely bet your last dollar that if there was a way to twist the law in a way that enabled the DOJ to make a civil rights charge against Officer Wilson or the Ferguson PD Eric Holder would do it.

The natives aren’t going to like that.
He would still be there if he simply hadn’t attacked the officer. The hip hop gangsta lifestyle is a dead end. . There are no good outcomes from that even for the “stars” such as Tupac and Notorious B.I.G
and a host of others.
The DOJ may have realized that, if they pursue charges against Wilson, that almost forces them to pursue charges against those yelling for riots, etc. Then, there are liability issue for those who had property damaged from those riots.
DOJ may have realized it is better for all concerned to slink out with little further damage on all sides.
The DOJ abandoning Da’Ferals in no way immunizes the ferals from legal blowback.
