Classy move, Great Britain. Just for that we’re sending Piers Morgan back!

Had to dig up an old article to find out more about the victims.

http://www.syracuse.com/news/index.ssf/2010/03/two_onondaga_county_men_accuse.html

with the talk of “human rights” being violated if he was made to stand trial it sounded like he may have been accused of having sex with some young boys (the victims were young girls).

I wonder if this globe trotting “doctor” was involved in any of the United Nations’ sex scandals.

Funny, a while back Brit judges had no problem extraditing a mentally challenged teenager for hacking into some US computer (oh the humanity!). (Hint: the teenager is white)

...Judges have ruled that his human rights will be breached...Would be nice to explain to said "judges" that he has already "breached" the civil rights of children - ask them how they can support him over his victims.

Britain should occupy the same status as Pakistan and El Salvador in the minds of Americans

The article does not give enough information to decide whether this is scandalous or whether Britain is simply refusing to extradite for something that would not have been a crime in the UK.

The article tells us the alleged “raping a child” took place in New York. If the “child” was a 16 or 17 year old and the alleged rape was not forcible, but was from the “child’s” point of view, if not the point of view of New York law, consensual, then any sexual intercourse which formed the basis for the rape charge would not have been rape under British law, since the age of consent in the UK is 16, and I see no reason why they should extradite.
