Robert Redford Says GOP Is 'Living In The 1950's' Concerning The Environment Published January 18
Robert Redford, a guest on the latest edition of Variety‘s PopPolitics on SiriusXM, says that the Republican drive to pass a bill greenlighting the Keystone pipeline “makes no sense,” attributing the GOP majority’s prioritization of the project to the influence of the oil lobby and too many lawmakers “living in the 1950s.”
He also singled out Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
“Somebody has got to start looking at the bigger picture here and telling what the real truth is, so you don’t have people like Mitch McConnell giving you truth that is falsified,” Redford said in an interview. “He represents the polluters’ interest because he is living in the 1950s. So for me we are missing real leadership. Instead we have a guy who looks like he just slid out from under a rock trying to propose an idea that is simply not that truthful. Somebody has to get to the truth of what this is all about.”

Well Robert was pertinent in the 50s, maybe.
Redford hasn’t done a thing in 10 years except for a movie that proves he is a poor sailor.
I suffered thru it hoping it would get better.
It never did.
What the hell makes movie stars always think that they are so much smarter than everybody else?
The truth is whatever they choose it is. Things change as they push their communist agenda and a little flexibility is needed.
I saw part of an interview with Redford a few weeks ago. I was confused initially; I thought it was a talking catcher’s mitt.

Another Limousine Liberal who has no unique intelligence - no unique knowledge but BECAUSE they can garner a reporter with a microphone due to their used to be movie fame - they spout Truisms about the Environment. All Redford’s information comes from dubious sources promoting total bowing to the Environmental God. Especially the God that allows rabid Environmentalist with money to live in Pristine Mountains, ski on slopes CUT out of mountainsides and live in community GOUGED out of the same mountains and pollute the valley streams and rivers... But heaven forbid if a regular person wants to enjoy part of that. Believe all the foolishness you wish Mr. Redford. There has been NO GLOBAL WARMING for 18 years and the SUN cycles cause Climate Change which has been going on for millions of years and in recent geological times demonstrated it in GRAND SCALE — Called the ICE AGES that came and went with absolutely no possible impact from humans. Only stupid - unquestioning people believe in continued Global Warming and Climate Change caused by humans.
It’s a shame. Redford was a handsome actor in his youth. Now he’s an ugly old man. The ugliness comes from his heart and mind and oozes out of his pores.
