Oklahoma executed a death row inmate Thursday for killing a baby in 1997 in the states first lethal injection since a botched one last spring.
Prison officials declared Charles Frederick Warner dead at 7:28 p.m. CST Thursday. The execution lasted 18 minutes.
Before I give my final statement, Ill tell you they poked me five times. It hurt. It feels like acid, Warner said before the execution began. He added, Im not a monster. I didnt do everything they said I did. [ ]
It was the second time Oklahoma used the sedative midazolam as part of a three-drug method, which had been challenged by Warner and other death row inmates as presenting an unconstitutional risk of pain and suffering.

The Warden should always be ready with a pistol for the Coup de grâce
Nitrogen asphyxiation.
Right, you were innocent of some stuff, but you did enough to be sent to see your just reward.
BTW, is Hell hot or just medium hot?
Egads man, that is as cruel as Bush and Cheney waterboarding innocent terrorists.
Wow, his arm got pricked? The other day they took three sticks to draw blood from me. It was uncomfortable, but I wasn’t complaining about it. Nor do I expect the tech to be shot.
What a wuss.
Another intentionally dishonest story from AP.
This animal RAPED the child before beating her to death. But I guess that awful detail might distract readers from details of the rapist/murderer’s “suffering”.
They “poked” him five times. He was not as forthcoming as to how many times his cellmate poked him.
I’m surprised the drive-by media didn’t classify the baby’s ordeal and murder as a post-birth abortion or something.
I had surgery a week ago. Took the nurse four tries to start my IV. Looks like I have grounds for a lawsuit.
The hospital may halt all IV until a more humane method is found so that a botched IV such as yours is eradicated for good.
I used to give blood. My veins are readily visible and in good shape. After the third miss by the incompetent foreigner, I got up and told him I was leaving. I gave a couple of more times after that, but he pretty much cured me.
Two words: claw hammer.
At first you were resistant, but now you are my friend,
I knew that I would get you in the end
My dear prison bitch...
Just triple up on the tits dose and you got a cell opening on death row.
This ain’t rocket science, boys.
Take a Aspirin and call us in the morning if it still hurts.
He killed an 11 month-old baby. Who cares if he gets seared?
Botched? The condemned man didn’t die?
I just did 7 weeks of iron infusion.
Visit 1 = 2 tries
Visit 2 = 2 tries
Visit 3 = 5 tries - had stayed night before in same building for sleep study and was a little dehydrated.
Visit 4 = 2 tries
Visit 5 = 1 try
Visit 6 = 1 try
Visit 7 = 5 tries - most likely had the start of an UTI or kidney infection.
Worth it because my iron went from 13 to 79.

It can also take several times to draw blood from me and I always warn the person that get stuck with the task to take blood or put in an IV.
Only had one that was nasty and didn’t like me telling her where she would have better luck to draw blood. Bitch then proceeded to jam the needle in my left wrist like she was giving me a shot. It bruised and I have a scar. It hurt more than when I had the IV there. This was a few years ago soon after I got out of the hospital.
When I spent 2 weeks in the hospital a few years ago I had 7 IV sites and about 30-40 failed attempts. Plus I had to do 4 more days at the local crappy hospital in the morning and night. Several more fails there.
The one nurse that I think was a head nurse didn’t like me telling her she wouldn’t get the IV in the area she was trying and she put the elastic band on really tight and I had a bruise all the way around my upper arm. Ended up needing to get ICU nurse up to put in the new IV. This bitch was also the one I over heard asking why I was still there because it had been more than 10 days. Guess people on Medicaid get kicked out even if they still need treatment. lol
The vampires loved to get the blood they needed from my left wrist and were mad when the nurse put the IV in their spot one night. It lasted less than 24 hours before it went bad. Vanc is really hard on the veins and they need to monitor the levels.
My veins are weird in that some branch off at odd angles, some are a lot deeper than they look, and they often roll.
