That’s more implication that they “deserved” to be shot dead by Muslims.

No, that is merely implying that they should not be assholes.

That isn’t what Donohue said.
What unites Muslims in their anger against Charlie Hebdo is the vulgar manner in which Muhammad has been portrayed. What they object to is being intentionally insulted over the course of many years. On this aspect, I am in total agreement with them. …
That is not what unites Muslims at all.

Oh my Lord: that's supposed to be the Holy Trinity! That's what that editor prints?!? God have mercy on our world! Why the hate? Do they have nothing better to print?

Again I repeat: God have mercy on our world!

I thought their anger was , their failure to comprehend the use of Charmin!
By the way, all my TP has MO’Ham’s image on it.

Does he also believe a woman who walks alone at night deserves to get raped? Perhaps she shouldn’t have worn that revealing dress? She “asked for it?!”

Just for consistency, I want to know.

Nancy Pelosi doesn’t listen!
Neither do a lot of other Catholics!

By your rationale, Obama speaks for you. But you knew the point I was trying to convey; I disagree with the direction Francis is taking the Church..

Not true. Obama is not the head of a church. The pope is known as the Holy See for a reason. He, by church doctrine, is the voice of God on earth. There is no way you can draw a parallel to Obama and me. I don't subscribe to his ideology as a catholic does to the Catholic Church does by definition. To wit:

If anyone thus speaks, that the Roman Pontiff has only the office of inspection or direction, but not the full and supreme power of jurisdiction over the universal Church, not only in things which pertain to faith and morals, but also in those which pertain to the discipline and government of the Church spread over the whole world; or, that he possesses only the more important parts, but not the whole plenitude of this supreme power; or that this power of his is not ordinary and immediate, or over the churches altogether and individually, and over the pastors and the faithful altogether and individually: let him be anathema.[145]

From here....

Sigh. Thank you. I thought he was ulra-orthodox. Seems I remember him criticizing the Pope like some Protestants do a while ago, but I might not be recalling it correctly.

He is definitely not saying the terrorists should have killed them.

He gets pretty close. Because he did, however, say this: “It is too bad” [that Charlie Hebdo’s editor, Stephane Charbonnier] “didn't understand the role he played in his tragic death.”

Now get this straight: Stephane Charbonnier did NOT PLAY ANY ROLE in his own death. Those roles were played entirely by Islamic terrorists. And NO ONE should be excusing them, or excusing people who even peripherally justify their actions. Especially while the blood is still being mopped off the walls and floors.

Hey Bill, that wet feeling running down the back of your pant leg is your credibility. Feels good when you do something like that, and then it starts to cool and makes the heel of your sock cold. It also makes sucking sounds when you walk.
