Hell, we have been at war with Islam (oops, I mean, ‘militant’ Islam) but no one in the West seems to notice it.
Thats an interesting report. They didnt have access to perpetrate the attack w/o the secretary’s help. To me that says complete lack of planning.
All we needed to know about them we learned back in the 7th Century. An era the West left behind long ago. They haven’t.

Muslims know they have been at war with us forever. They don’t bother to pretend differently these days, because they know Western nations are too weak-kneed and soft to fight back. Acts of war, attacks against the very foundations of Western society, are treated as cultural differences, and sometimes crimes, like common criminals.
The bigger crime is the one being committed against Westerners by our leaders.
First, I really feel for that young gal. She is going to have survivor’s guilt like no one can imagine. Secondly, I would’ve protected my kid, too.
What a horrible, HORRIBLE choice to have to make.

My guess would be Algerian, Moroccan, or Tunisian. They mix a lot of French with Arabic in the local dialects.

Problem is, she didn't realize that she is in a war zone, because she (and the rest of the native French) have been lulled into believing that. When you are in a war zone, you don't expose your children to risk, you don't go in and out of secured area unprotected, etc. etc.
She was completely unprepared for the inevitable.
