If the shooting was to save the life of the guy on top rather than collect the bill....... perhaps that is a different matter.
Either way, the Escalade is out of service in the impound till it gets sorted out. Then if the repo guy shows up, it will remain even longer
It’s really not the safest way to stop the vehicle and save his life.
