Cantor: GOP focus on ObamaCare would be 'disservice'

Former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) said Monday that a GOP focus on highly politicized issues like ObamaCare and immigration in 2015 would be a “disservice to the American people.”

He urged Republicans to act quickly on bipartisan policy initiatives like expanding charter schools, signing new trade deals or creating a permanent research and development tax credit. If they don’t, he warned the next race for the White House could be at stake.

He added that the deep divide between Obama and the GOP on issues like healthcare, immigration, climate change and tax reform is “well known” and unlikely to thaw.

“It would be a disservice to the American people if the next two years are spent simply relitigating these differences,” Cantor, who is now vice chairman and managing director at the investment bank Moelis and Co., wrote.

The EXEMPT corrupt GOP Princes:
"WE, thank Obama that our families and staff, are EXEMPT.
And, we vow to screw forever the little people below us."

"At the foundation of our civil liberties lies
the principle that denies to government officials
an exceptional position before the law and which
subjects them to the same rules of conduct
that are commands to the citizen."

Why in hell anyone in the Republican Party would listen to Eric Cantor is beyond me.That’s why he was thrown out of Congress because he like Boehner Stood for nothing except the will to be Democrat Lite.

It never occurs to them that “highly politicized issues” are what they are supposed to be handling,
and the reason they were elected in 2014!

"Former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor"

There is a reason why the word Former was used to describe you Eric.

Cantor is now vice chairman and managing director at the investment bank Moelis and Co.

He’s now at the trough he helped create. Crony governmentalism at its worst.

If we wanted to elect people to work with Obama we would have voted for Democrats.

My gosh, the sheer spinelessness of the GOP is just a wonder to behold. The ONLY blasted reason I ever vote for the GOP is to stop insanity like Obamacare, amnesty, and fag-marriage. And they immediately cave on all these issues. Or is “cave” the right word, as they seem to hold the same position as Obama and Pelosi and all the degenerate Dems on these matters?

Whatever the case, it proves to me that there is absolutely ZERO reason for me to ever support the GOP. They again demonstrate they share space with the Dems on the opposite end of my belief system and my value system. All they politically seem to give a damn about it keeping the borders wide open for every miscreant to walk in, and for an endless parade of free-trade deals with Outer Durkistan and its ilk. I’d like to shove a plate of ground glass down the gullet of each and every one of these degenerate traitors like Cantor.

We need to dismantle the giant hog trough known as Congress and the federal government bureaucracy . . . which means ignoring one of its architects.
